God blessed me with my art ability, and it's only right to use it in His service!

Much of what I do in this area is temporary or functional, like painting backdrops for Vacation Bible School, drawing quick images for overhead projections or coloring pages, etc.

However, on occasion, I work up some pieces that others may find enjoyable or useful, too. This gallery is the container for such works!

I did this piece for the cover of the CD recording of our 2002 Easter cantata titled "Remember the Cross."

This was another piece I did for the cover of the CD recording of our 2002 Easter cantata titled "Remember the Cross."

I decided to not use this for the cover for several reasons. I felt the starkness of the graphic quality pulled the focus away from the eyes too much. Also, the cruciform composition was less defined because of the larger negative spaces. However, it remains an interesting image.

This was a piece I did for the cover of the CD recording of our 2002 Christmas cantata titled "Christmas From the Heart."

This was my graphic interpretation of a classic painting.
