Here is where all the details are worked out - perspective, anatomy , composition, etc. The goal we are shooting for is to pump the story full of energy, movement, mood and style. Working from the script and page thumbnail, we try to figure out the most clear and dynamic shot that is allowable within our camera limits. Recalling that I work on a lightbox, the original pages have art on both sides. To try and indicate this, I have rendered the art on opposite sides in different colors.
